REGISTRATION: All registrations need to be done through the form at the bottom of this page. The registration fees are as follows:

Attendance only: 50,000 IQD (deadline: n/a)
Participation with abstract: 50,000 IQD (deadline: April 01, 2026)

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: payments can be made via Zain Cash (mobile no.: +964 7876130515); participants should include their name and type of participation when making the payment, otherwise, we will not be able to process the payment.

REGISTRATION FORM: Please fill out the required fields of this registration form and click “Send“. Once you do, a member of the Organizing Committee will get in touch with you with instructions on how to pay the relevant fee. Please note that the registration will remain open up until the conference dates; however, all participants who wish to register and participate with an abstract or with an abstract and a paper publication need to register by April 01, 2026.
